Change It Up With These Leftover Turkey Salad Sliders

turkey salad recipeThis week, we gave thanks for many blessings and filled our bellies until they were stuffed.  On Friday, we ate leftovers for lunch, then wondered how to change things up for dinner, since my children nearly cried when I said turkey, again! I went into the kitchen and decided to transform the leftovers with a little help from Hellmann’s.

I’ve even made a more detailed leftover turkey sandwich by laying out two slices of cranberry bread (toasted) and laying these ingredients on, in order:

  • Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
  • Goat Cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • light mustard
  • leftover turkey, sliced thin
  • Spring salad mix
  • green apples, sliced thin
